About Us

Second Nature Learning Services was founded in 2007 in order to serve the educational consulting and instructional design needs of its clients.

Specializing in e-learning, we work with all types of organizations in the public and private sectors who wish to create online learning opportunities for their staff, students or other clients, or to transition traditional in-class offerings into an online or blended learning environment.

We specialize as subject matter experts in the areas of client relations (customer/client service, achieving satisfaction and loyalty), business management (team dynamics, development and leadership), workforce training (including contact centre management) and environmental studies.

Based in Ottawa and incorporated federally, Second Nature Learning Services is uniquely positioned to partner with organizations across the country and, potentially, around the world.
